Gearwheel grease for the lubrication of highly stressed open gears and reducing gears made of metal, with a peripheral speed of up to 2.5 m/s.
Extremely high load-carrying capacity.
Wear protection and reduction of existing pitting in gear teeth flanks during operation, due to the solid lubricants incorporated in the grease.
Extremely adhesive due to build-in adhesion improver.
Good protection against corrosion.
Contains no lead or nickel.
Aplications
Open gears that are subjected to high stresses and bad weather effects.
Successfully used in crushing plants and in transmission gears and threaded spindles of heavy, crank-driven presses.
